I’m so excited to tell you about SHEFIT supportive sports bra and why I totally recommend it! A couple of months ago I went to the doctor after experiencing months of chronic breast pain. I also had an early mammogram for a lump and then an MRI. They said that I didn’t have anything suspicious but the lumps and pain would not go away!

So! I went back to the surgical oncologist, a specialist who treats different breast cases all day long, and she suggested that I wear the most supportive bra possible….especially when I work out! I was a little confused because according to me, I do. The other thing that made it tricky was that after nursing 2 kids for 15 months each I didn’t have much of anything left. Apparently, that doesn’t matter. If you’re relatively small-chested like me or have dense breast tissue, having a supportive bra is extremely important!

I LIVE in my workout clothes at MaZi Dance Fitness. The first thing that attracted me to the brand was the technology. One look at their bras and you will see how well they are made. There are many levers they are pulling on literally to support your chest and back properly during your workout. They have 3 levels of support; Maximum, High Impact and Low Impact. This one is called the Ultimate Flex– POWERFUL. You could run, skip, and hop all day in this and be great. 🙂 It comes in beautiful colors and is the one I’m wearing in the first picture.

I am looking forward to trying it for a couple of weeks to see if my breast tissue pain subsides. I love to do high-impact sports and lots of jumping so finding a bra like this is so key!
