I wanted share a new brand that I just discovered called Hofmann Copenhagen. The brand is designed by Heidi Hofmann, a designer with previous experience at Chloé, By Malene Birger and DAY Birger et Mikkelsen. So impressive! This brand has actually been around since 2011, where have I been? I have seen many gorgeous dresses like this and this, on my Instagram for a couple of years. However, I never looked into getting any because I thought they were couture!
My Discovery
Finally, last week during the Shop Bop sale, I ran across the very dresses I’ve been loving on my feed! After exploring a little, I was pleasantly surprised, the Hofmann Copenhagen pieces are relatively attainable for the quality. They have beautiful design, high quality and are pretty unique, that I’ve seen at New York Fashion Week.
My First Pick
For my first Hofmann Copenhagen picks, I selected the short tiger print dress. I love the long dress with the same print also but have a leopard print that looks an awful lot like it, so passed on it. Although, I can’t stop thinking about it! Those two dresses I’m referring to are on sale. I can see myself wearing the pictured dress in the summer with strappy sandals and in the Fall with chunky sneakers and a moto jacket!
Last Pick-Up
On a side note, Matteo, my big boy, graduated from pre-school and is now headed to Kindergarten! When I picked him up, I joked with him that we are both wearing animal print! Very chic for 5 years old, in my opinion:) Hofmann Copehagen uses a lot of animal print, florals and patterns, and throws them all together at times!
