2. Theraband

The band is so versatile, travel friendly and very affordable. The exercises you can do with this tool are endless and serve for dynamic stretching, weight resistance and pliancy.

3. Stability Ball or Disk

These work on balance, core strength and up the intensity of almost any exercise move. The Stability ball is more versatile but the disk is easy transport and takes up little space. Both are great picks.

4. Foam floor or cushy mat

Having a soft, smooth flooring can help save your joints and help me feel like I’m “set up” to workout! It also helps salvage my floors at home from cardio dance, cardio boxing or other fitnes training. A cushy mat is a must-have because the minimize pressure on your joints. If you’re more comfortable, you will workout more. Trust me! 🙂
